A New Home for Advanced Care in Beckley
Our journey began in 2015 on Harper Road with a small cardiology practice and a simple mission: provide excellent care close to home. As our patient family grew, so did our services, our team, and our vision for what heart and kidney care could look like in Southern West Virginia.
Today, Beckley Cardiology is entering a new chapter with a facility built from the ground up for patient care, comfort, access, and advanced outpatient services. This new space allows us to serve more patients, offer expanded testing, and continue investing in the health of the community we call home.

This technology can help evaluate coronary artery disease, identify plaque buildup, assess heart attack risk, and support more personalized treatment planning.

Outpatient Heart Failure Infusion & Management Center
Heart failure is one of the most common reasons patients return to the hospital. Our outpatient heart failure program is designed to help patients receive timely evaluation, treatment, and follow-up in a monitored clinical setting.
When appropriate, patients may be able to receive outpatient therapy, lab testing, and close management without immediately going through the emergency room.
- Rapid evaluation of worsening symptoms

- Monitored outpatient IV diuretic therapy when appropriate
- Close follow-up from one connected cardiovascular team

Beckley Cardiology is led by physicians who believe advanced care should be available close to home. Dr. Ganesh Asaithambi helped establish the practice with a focus on cardiovascular care, while Dr. Divya Rajan expanded the practice’s ability to care for patients with kidney disease, hypertension, and related conditions.
Together, they have built a team and facility designed around the needs of Southern West Virginia patients.
